How to use your superbill: Contact your insurance company and ask about your out-of-network benefits. Submit the superbill through their portal, email, or mail (depending on their process). If approved, your insurance company will reimburse you directly. Our office does not communicate with insurance companies or determine reimbursement amounts, but we are happy to provide you with a superbill after each visit.
