What is your child's insurance coverage?

For Self Pay Clients Only: What is a Superbill and How Does Reimbursement Work? A superbill is a detailed receipt that lists the services your child received during a therapy visit. You can submit this document directly to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. Submitting a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement, but it allows your insurance provider to review the visit and determine if they will reimburse you for part of the cost. This does not apply to children with active Medicaid coverage.

How to use your superbill: Contact your insurance company and ask about your out-of-network benefits. Submit the superbill through their portal, email, or mail (depending on their process). If approved, your insurance company will reimburse you directly. Our office does not communicate with insurance companies or determine reimbursement amounts, but we are happy to provide you with a superbill after each visit.
